Exceeded all my expectations! The price, food quality, and service were all top-notch. They served around 10 different side dishes (banchan), and every single one was delicious. The entire restaurant and food setup were clean and well-kept. Having tried all the Korean All-You-Can-Eat BBQ spots in Santa Clarita, this one is by far the best.

This is the best AYCE kbbq. Iβve been here 3 times and each time is the same. Words canβt describe how great the servers are here. Itβs 16% automatic gratuity for all AYCE orders, so you donβt have to worry about tipping enough (the waiters even encouraged us about that). Itβs a small restaurant where all the servers serve you, not 1 designated server and they all are sooo helpful, quick, and kind! Even though gratuity is included, you really get the service you pay for. This is my husbandβs favorite kbbq, especially because all the banchan is high quality and delicious. We usually get the B menu but the A menu is just as good. You need to come here! We drive 50 min for this place and love it every time. Also they give you sikhye to help your body digest.

I really love this place, the food and quality are always great! Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing both times I've visited. It's frustrating because I genuinely enjoy the restaurant and want to keep coming back. One thing that stood out to me was the automatic 16% gratuity, regardless of party size (which Iβm usually just a party of 2). With the level of service I've experienced, it feels a bit excessive. Tipping is not mandatory it is an option based off service. Each time I've visited, I've had multiple servers attending the table, which made the service feel disorganized. During my most recent visit, our server barely checked on us throughout the meal. At one point, we waited nearly 20 minutes just to get someone's attention so we could order more meat. Overall, the food keeps me coming back, but the service definitely needs improvement to match the quality of the dining experience.

My Korean-born friend was craving some authentic Korean food but didnβt want to make the drive all the way to Koreatown in Los Angeles, so we decided to try Charcoal Korean BBQ in Canyon Country, conveniently located at the corner of Whites Canyon and Soledad Canyon Road. We were both pleasantly surprised. My friend ordered the Cold Spicy Noodles and immediately commented on how authentic the flavor was, reminding her of dishes she enjoyed growing up in Korea. I went with the 5-piece Shrimp Tempura appetizer, which was perfectly crispy and delicious. Combined with the generous assortment of complimentary Korean side dishes, there was more than enough food to leave us completely satisfied. One of the highlights of the restaurant is that every table is equipped with its own tabletop barbecue. Most of the guests were enjoying the Korean BBQ experience, and the food looked fantastic. We didnβt try the barbecue this visit, but after seeing and smelling what everyone else was cooking, itβs definitely at the top of our list for next time. If youβre looking for authentic Korean flavors without having to drive into Los Angeles, Charcoal Korean BBQ is a great local option. Friendly servic

We visited this restaurant for the first β and definitely the last β time. The greed here is unbelievable. They require a minimum of two people to dine, otherwise they refuse service. A service charge is already added to the bill, and also they can tack on an additional 18% gratuity for parties of six or more. On top of that, many drinks on the menu donβt even list prices β and once you get the check, you understand why. A strawberry nigori was $18, which is honestly outrageous. Iβve never seen pricing like that anywhere else. Weβre giving one star only because the servers were kind and professional. Otherwise, this experience would deserve zero stars. To make things worse, they even charge an extra fee if you want to take home food you already paid for. We usually tip 20% willingly for good service, but here the restaurant decided for us exactly how much we had to leave. Overall, the entire experience felt extremely overpriced and exploitative. Would not recommend.
